I can relax so much that I feel like I am going to sleep on my back in the pool, holding a float between my legs. Then, as I slowly let it go, I slowly start to sink, and then end up in a semi-upright position. Let me know if you figure out what works.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02624297955496298110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3477025083449772854.post-84251460019401481782012-05-13T20:05:32.457-04:002012-05-13T20:05:32.457-04:00Thanks Duckie! I don't think I will ever run out of things to improve on when it comes to swimming!Bluegrass Tri Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10960208841865863136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3477025083449772854.post-37371052045149630732012-05-13T15:21:53.538-04:002012-05-13T15:21:53.538-04:00The best part of the post is the "swim like a...The best part of the post is the "swim like a rock" tag!! Too funny! No human being is a sinker. It all boils down to technique and relaxation. One is never independent of the other. The good news is that if you get the technique, the relaxation will follow. Keep working like you have been and you'll get it!Duckiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08700196620863239492noreply@blogger.com
