March / April Numbers

Finally getting around to posting my March & April numbers along with some May goals.  

March numbers were down due to the flu.  April was down as well thanks to allergies from hell that turned into the cold from hell.  I really need to live in a bubble the months of March & April every year.  

March Numbers

Swim: Goal - 14,400 Yards, Actual - 13,450 yards

Bike: Goal - 112 miles, Actual - 34 miles
Run: Goal - 50 miles, Actual - 39.4 miles
Walk: Goal - 0 miles, Actual - 27.2 miles
Weights/TRX: Goal - 8 sessions, Actual - 4
Yoga/Pilates: Goal - 2 sessions, Actual - 0
Races: Goal - 1, Actual -  1 - Run the Bluegrass 7 Miler
Run the Bluegrass Start Line
April Numbers

Swim: Goal - 15,000 Yards, Actual - 11,250 yards
Bike: Goal - 100 miles, Actual - 100.25 miles
Run: Goal - 44 miles, Actual - 27.3 miles
Walk: Goal - 0 miles, Actual - 31.8 miles
Weights/TRX: Goal - 8 sessions, Actual - 0
Yoga/Pilates: Goal - 2 sessions, Actual - 0
Races: Goal - 1, Actual -  1 - Heart & Sole sprint Triathlon on 4/26

West 6th 50th Run
Heart & Sole Finish
May Goals

Swim: 15,000 Yards
Bike: 100 miles
Run: 44 miles
Weights/TRX:  4 sessions
Yoga/Pilates: 2 sessions
Races: 2 - I am registered for two 5K's - Bluegrass Stakes & Run for the Nun.  I am also seriously contemplating the Tri Fest Sprint and the 37 mile loop of the Horsey Hundred.
